The adidas NMD White Rose is a women’s exclusive which is launching just in time for the warmer season. Coming in a fresh white colour, this is a shoe that will pop in the summer sun. This NMD R1 is one of the mesh variants and whilst it boats the standard silhouette, its a very unique shoe – and that’s saying something considering the amount of colourways adidas have produced since the shoe first debuted back in 2015!
The mesh upper is dressed in a clean, triple white which brings nothing but summer vibes. Tonal three stripe detailing remains minimalist and understated, but adds to the clean aesthetic of the shoe. Also matching is the chunky synthetic overlay, which adds support and comfort at the heel.
Contrasting from the white colour is the subtle pink EVA midsole plugs, which are eloquent enough to take their place on the shoe without being drowned out. Completing the look is the detailing on the heel tab with the infamous three-stripe text. Finally, sitting underfoot is the futuristic Boost midsole, sandwiched between the clean white upper and a contrasting black sole to tie the shoe together.
