Here we take a closer look at the adidas NMD R2 Black White. This lightweight and comfortable trainer launches alongside plenty of other options as part of the SS18 Collection. Sound off in the comments and let us know if you’ll be hoping to cop.
Unlike the Primeknit crafted releases, this pair sports a durable mesh-crafted upper. This promises some additional protection from the elements but the classic NMD comfort isn’t sacrificed. A padded inner lining sits close to the foot which ensures that foot hugging comfort.
All the conventional NMD R2 details features from the welded three stripes across the sidewall to the leather overlay which sits on the heel. adidas Originals branding is stamped throughout and a contrasting slab of white Boost features underfoot.
The black colourway of that upper is complimented nicely by a subtle hit of blue to the sticky outsole underfoot. Its’ the only contrast to an otherwise low-key design.
The adidas NMD R2 Black White is scheduled to release on 28th February via the retailers listed. Stay tuned for more updates and stockist alerts on the run up to launch.
