The White Mountaineering x adidas NMD R2 Trace Olive is set to be hugely when it arrives alongside a larger footwear and clothing collection. This pack comes at the hands of Japanese based street-wear label White Mountaineering (WM) as part of their ongoing relationship with adidas.
They first unveiled an attractive duo of NMD R2s back in March, both styles instantly selling out. Now returning with another attractive duo, this is amongst the hottest releases of the summer.
Khaki remains a versatile year-round colourway, so it’s no surprise that it finally features to this popular silhouette. It looks especially good against a Stretch Web liner which hugs and adapts to the foot. Synthetic welded overlays make an appearance across the heel and mid-foot. These not only look contemporary but add some all important durability.
The iconic White Mountaineering branding provides a bold contrast with that signature tape travelling across the entire foot. Finally, a chunky white Boost unit contrasts that olive coloured upper with the same tonal shade utilised for the chunky, EVA midsole plug.
