The ASICS x Wood Wood Gel-DS Trainer OG | H7EVK-1512 is the second collab to come our way this month from the Danish designer brand and the Japanese footwear giants. The subtle colour blocking and premium materials really shine through making this one of the best ASICS collabs of the year so far.
The 90’s runner features a mesh toebox, with a premium grey suede on the ASICS tiger striping and supple tan leather patches on the heel counter to tie together some seriously premium materials. The usual ASICS technology is on full display with GEL cushioning that makes for a very comfortable wear.
The subdued trainer is truly a sight to behold with its tan and navy portions and occasional hits of colour on the heel counter to make this shoe all come together nicely. The WW logo is the only piece of branding from the Danish brand being placed on the sock liner.
