The ASICS Gel-Kayano 14 "Carrier Grey" works through a monochrome scheme, starting with a dark grey open mesh underlay and glossy metallic silver accents across the synthetic reinforcements. Tiger Stripes in pitch black trace the sidewalls, while a honeycomb pattern shapes the toe box and a plastic heel clip sits at the rear. Trademark branding appears on the tongue, heel and sockliner.

Visible GEL inserts sit within the plush foam midsole for responsive cushioning, and the TRUSSTIC plate teams with a segmented rubber outsole to steady each step.
