JJJJound x ASICS Gel-Kayano 14 Silver White

Montreal-based design studio JJJJound reveals its latest ASICS SportStyle collaboration starring a fresh, summer-ready take on the sportswear brand’s fan-favourite retro runner. Releasing as part of the SS25 collection, the limited-edition JJJJound x ASICS Gel-Kayano 14 “Silver White” showcases a clean colour scheme you can rock with any outfit.

This edition marks the third venture into the Kayano 14 series for JJJJound, with keen-eyed sneakerheads able to distinguish the subtle differences between the pairs. For example, similar to the darker accented edition from 2022, this version opts for an icey blue GEL-cushioning system. This is a hue recently adopted by other make-ups in the Kayano 14 library such as the "Mist Cream", "Fjord Grey" and "Arctic Sky" releases.

This iteration features a pristine white open mesh upper with metallic silver synthetic overlays to embrace simplicity. Black Tiger Stripes surround the sidewalls, complementing the co-branded logos on the sockliner and lateral rear section. A soft blue hue envelops the inner lining for a laid-back style. The lightweight EVA foam midsole carries blue GEL inserts in the forefoot and heel for maximum cushioning and shock absorption. The TRUSSTIC system provides stability and arch support, while the decoupled outsole ensures superior traction.
