Dime x ASICS GT-2160 Green Navy

Montreal-based skateboard powerhouse Dime joins forces with Japanese sportswear giant ASICS for a duo of GT-2160 colourways. Previewed during Paris Fashion Week SS24, the two renditions appear in contrasting light and dark colourways. This Dime x ASICS GT-2160 “Green Navy” emerges in a stealthy makeover comprised of green and navy tones.

The ASICS GT-2160 originally came out in 2011 as a stability running shoe. This silhouette stuck to the same design language as it returns after more than a decade. The collaboration with Dime flaunts a more streamlined design constructed in mesh with textile overlays. This rendition features a lightweight mesh with a subtle gradient effect that transitions from green to navy. The green textile overlays come with metallic silver ASICS stripes on the sides for an eye-catching look. GT-2160 and Dime labels adorn the lateral rear with a minimalist approach. The midsole boasts visible GEL technology in the heel, while the forefoot has a gradient fade effect from navy blue to green. This rendition joins the “Cream Grey” colourway to complete the Dime x ASICS collaboration.
