The Soloist x Converse All Star Disrupt CX White

The Soloist x Converse All Star Disrupt CX White showcases a brand-new silhouette for the American heritage label, and is a collaborative project in partnership with the high-end fashion house TAKAHIROMIYASHITA TheSoloist.

The pair honour the classic Chuck 70 silhouette yet update the design with new and improved production materials and technologies. They look to simplistic and minimal influences and this can be seen throughout the clean white colourway, while TAKAHIROMIYASHITA TheSoloist’s signature typeface logo is embossed onto the uppers. Durable and lightweight canvas is used, while the label’s namesake star patch is embellished onto the medial side of each sneaker.

Brand-new cushioning is utilised for the midsole, as the Nike sister-brand has access to all the same technology that’s developed in-house. The clean white look is continued, with rubber panelling stretching up and over the toe box to ensure it’s reinforced.
