New Balance’s updated running silhouette that was named after the company’s founding date, the 1906R, has just been released in white, cream and winy red. Originally introduced in 2009, the 1906 was revived as the 1906R and got a more modern look and ABZORB cushioning technology. Check out the New Balance 1906R “White Burgundy”.
This NB 1906R has a creamy off white mesh base and synthetic leather overlays in white. The ribbon-like “N” logos on both the medial and lateral mid-panels are in contrasting burgundy and match the materials of the eye stays. The mesh sock liner, tongue lining and tongue branding are all in burgundy as well. A cream-coloured midsole with hits of burgundy ABZORB SBS gel cushioning at the heel section and a grey and cream Stability Web outsole cap off the style of this shoe.
