American professional skateboarder Brandon Westgate expands his signature skate shoe roster by introducing more styles of his second pro model, the NB Numeric Brandon Westgate 508 . This silhouette debuted in 2021 and drew inspiration from old-school indoor football trainers to form the outsole for an enhanced board feel. Also ideal for daily wear, this “Navy Blue” rendition offers a stylish look with a complementing black and blue colour palette.
The shoe has a mixed-material construction featuring a grey perforated suede forefoot panel and heel. A white leather panel forms the midfoot, reinforced with a tan perforated leather quarter and a blue N logo. The collar incorporates a blue mesh fabric, while the tongue has a black mesh cosmetic. Yellow accents highlight the upper stitching and the brand labels on the lateral rear and tongue. The C-Cap midsole and Ortholite sockliner provide adequate cushioning for shock absorption. Meanwhile, the football-inspired outsole delivers an improved board feel and a low-to-the-ground feel for better grip.
