Description
The Nike Air Foamposite Pro Dr.Doom is a classic colourway returning from the archives and boasting all new performance updates. If you’re fan of this basketball collection, this style should be on your radar. Expected to launch shortly, why not treat yourself this Christmas to a one of a kind Air Foamposite?
It’s been over 10 years since the last release of a ‘Dr. Doom’ Foamposite which pulls inspiration from Marvel’s Fantastic Four. Despite those poor performing films at the box office, Nike continue this comic book legacy with an eye-catching release.
As the name would suggest, this is a homage to the legendary super villain who holds mystical powers from reading minds to casting bolts of energy. Nike celebrate this character with a signature blend of black and white.
It covers the entire outer shell of this tough and durable high top. As always, a Swoosh sits across the sidewall and perforated mesh is utilised for the tongue. It’s surprisingly lightweight and comfortable while offering maximum protection against the elements.
Other stand-out features include a carbon-fibre plate across the midsole which gives responsive cushioning. Finally, a chunky heel and tongue tab allow for easy on, off functionality.
The Nike Air Foamposite Pro Dr.Doom is scheduled to release on Wednesday 14th December via the retailers listed. Stay tuned for more updates on this electrifying silhouette.
