Nike Air Force 1 Low Ueno Sakura

A rare Japan-exclusive colourway that remained elusive in the sneaker scene re-emerges over social media, hinting at the possibility of a wider release. Nike continues to revive unreleased AF1 samples and limited-edition styles, joining the likes of “Terror Squad” and “Linen” colourways, to name a few. The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Ueno Sakura” is a limited-edition release from 2005, paying homage to Tokyo’s Ueno Park, one of the country’s renowned tourist attractions known for cherry blossoms.

This highly coveted masterpiece has a light grey suede base highlighted by laser-etched cherry blossom graphics on the forefoot and tongue. An embroidered Ueno logo with a pink sakura petal backdrop adorns the lateral rear, while a debossed Nike Air label subtly rests on the heel tab. Gold lace dubraes deliver a luxe approach to the predominantly neutral-toned upper. The white midsole and pink rubber outsole cap off the meticulous design of this legendary Japan-exclusive AF1.
