The Jordan Spizike Low “Spizike Was Here” ushers in a playful take on the Spike Lee-inspired hybrid sneaker. This iteration pays homage to Mars Blackmon, Spike Lee’s alter ego, an avid fan of Air Jordans.
This kids’ exclusive colourway arrives in a sail white leather construction with neutral-toned elephant prints on the toe and rear. A “Spizike Was Here” drawing appears on the lateral mudguard, complementing the Spike Lee emblems on the heel alongside the logo of his production company, 40 Acres and a Mule Filmworks. Green accents envelop the laces, whilst bright red hues animate the Jumpman logo and lace locks, seemingly paying homage to the fictional Sal’s Famous Pizzeria from the 1989 movie "Do The Right Thing". The fingers on the collar represent “23”, MJ’s iconic jersey number. Sail tones engulf the midsole for a vintage look, shored up by a black rubber outsole.
