CLOT x Nike Air Max 1 Kiss of Death Solar Red

Celebrating the 15th anniversary of their partnership, CLOT and Nike unveil a trio of limited-edition Air Max 1 colourways. The Hong Kong-based label formed by Edison Chen and Kevin Poon has been one of the most consistent Swoosh collaborators since their first team-up in 2006, which became the basis of the collection. Paying homage to traditional Chinese acupuncture, the exclusive CLOT x Nike Air Max 1 “Kiss of Death Solar Red” boasts a striking ensemble inspired by one of the most highly coveted sample pairs from 2006.

Grey open mesh fabrics make up the vamp panel, contrasted by vibrant solar red suede overlays covering the midfoot. University red accents highlight the laces, Swooshes, and heel, bolstered by a grey pebbled leather collar. Signature CLOT logos embellish the rear and inner tongue, opposite the classic Nike branding. A debossed cursive “CLOT” label decorates the lateral forefoot, whilst golden ornate patterns adorn the heel panel, a sign of luck and fortune. A visible Air unit peeks through the back of the PU midsole, offering ample cushioning. Chinese characters animate the co-branded sockliners and icy translucent waffle soles, seamlessly blending Eastern and Western fashion cultures.
