HUF x Nike Air Max 1 Brilliant Orange

Celebrating the 20th year of their partnership, California-based skateboarding label HUF reunites with Nike to revisit its highly coveted Air Max 1 collaboration. Dropping alongside two other colourways, the eye-catching HUF x Nike Air Max 1 “Brilliant Orange” releases for the first time, a 1-to1 remake of one of the sample Friends & Family pairs in ‘04.

This limited-edition colourway boasts a muted grey leather underlay, contrasted by the blacked-out cracked leather mudguard. Grey suede covers the midfoot and rear, whilst vibrant orange pigments contrast the otherwise greyscale makeover. Co-branded details animate the tongue and sockliners, complementing the metallic silver dog hangtag paying homage to Keith Hufnagel’s pet, Bones. The exposed Air bubble in the heel provides adequate shock absorption, sitting atop a durable waffle sole. This shoe arrives in a special-edition co-branded box inspired by classic Nike packaging.
