The Nike Air Max 1 Ultra Flyknit iD asphaltgold is yet to be fully unveiled but that’s not stopping sneakerheads speculating about this design. The only image provided by the German retailer shows a yellow AM1 against a black background.
Considered a collaboration, this is the first of its kind from both Nike and asphaltgold. The unique silhouette appears to be a bold rendition – perfect for the summer months. As a Nike iD release, it appears that each style has been crafted by the customisation platform that allows the devoted sneakerhead to create their own individual design from scratch.
As mentioned, the yellow image – which is currently doing the rounds on social media – is the only one we have to go by. The Air Max 1 is dressed in a full shade of yellow with complimentary hits of black to the Swoosh as well as the piping and Air Unit. Interestingly, this shoe looks to feature a yellow coloured midsole.
