The AM2090 was introduced by Air Max senior creative director Dylan Raasch in 2020 and says that the silhouette was designed in a manner to show how footwear has evolved over the past three decades. This latest offering sees the Air Max 2090 crafted from a textile upper in white allowing the AM90's Infrared colourway and AM180's Ultramine to accentuate the look as it wraps around key components throughout the silhouette, notably the profile Swoosh logos, sock liner, rear midsole, and branding details.

Elsewhere, a stark black mudguard sits at full-length across the sides to deliver a striking pop of contrast, and insoles that exhibit a plethora of Air Max insignias to complete the design.
