Nike Air Max 97 Athletic Department Sail Blue

Nike’s running sneaker inspired by the bullet trains of Japan, the Air Max 97, joins the brand’s “Athletic Department” collection. Check out the Nike Air Max 97 Athletic Department “Sail Blue”.

This AM 97 is made up of a mix of mesh and leather materials. The mesh base is white while the leather overlays in the silhouette’s signature wavy design are in sail and coconut milk, with a single layer of university blue closer to the mudguard. The embroidered signature profile mini Swooshes on the mid-panel cut-out windows are also in university blue. “AthleticDepartment” branding can be found on the insoles along with Nike Air logo. A sail-coloured midsole with an exposed full-length Air unit and a university blue rubber outsole cap off the look of this shoe.
