Nike Air Max 97 Just Do It Purple Navy

Mixed materials and the brand’s iconic slogan banner this two-tone Nike Air Max 97 rendition. The shoe recently celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2022, resulting in the return of OG styles like the “Silver Bullet” and “Atlantic Blue”. This iconic ‘90s Air Max model now honours the brand’s “Just Do It” slogan, which turns 35 in 2023. The Nike Air Max 97 “Just Do It Purple” displays the motivational motto atop a navy blue leather base.

A masterpiece by renowned sneaker designer Christian Tresser, the Nike Air Max 97 is the first Air Max shoe to incorporate full-length visible Nike Air, which delivers maximum impact protection and bounce. The sharp and streamlined build of the shoe originates from water ripples and Japanese bullet trains, forming the upper. The “Just Do It Purple” rendition features a purple breathable mesh base with wavy navy blue leather overlays. Nylon makes up the quarter panel where the white mini Swoosh resides. A black strip spells out “Just Do It” alongside other Nike-branded labels. The contrasting white PU midsole sits atop a full-length Nike Air Max setup. Colour-coordinate waffle soles complete this new AM97 colourway.
