Nike Air Max 97 Metallic Silver Blue

Looking to add a pair of Air Max 97s to your collection? Look no further. In celebration of its 25th birthday this year, Christian Tresser's iconic silhouette is set to arrive in a slew of new colourways - one of these being this Air Max 97 "Metallic Silver/Blue", a new twist on the classic "Atlantic Blue" colourway. Remaining relatively clean and simple throughout, this is a must-have for AM97 fans, so let's take a closer look at the sneaker.

Silver hues have historically featured heavily on AM97 models, and this pair keeps up the tradition. A smooth, metallic silver mudguard gives way to a pop pof white and then ripples of blue that work their way towards the top of the uppers, whilst slivers of silver mesh poke out from in between. The tongue and laces also arrive in the retro-style silver, whilst pops of blue appear in the forms of Nike Swooshes on the side panels and tongue tabs. Air Max branding can be found on the heel tab, and a white midsole comes complete with an exposed Air unit to round off the "Metallic Silver/Blue" AM97 colourway.
