Nike Air Max 97 Tan Gum

The Nike Air Max 97 is celebrating its 25th anniversary. As part of its festivities, a new retro variant has just dropped. Meet the Nike Air Max 97 Retro Tan Gum.

This Air Max 97’s upper is a combination of canvas, suede, and mesh in Tan and Gum shades coupled with brown terry cloth lining. The unique highlight of the shoe is the retro Nike branding that make up the heel pull tabs. Pops of sky blue also appear on the mini Swooshes on the mid-panels and the Nike branding on the oval sewn-on patches on the tongues. The midsole shows off a sunny yellow colour and a full-length Air unit in clear casing. A translucent gum rubber gum outsole rounds out the design of the shoe.
