Set to launch as part of the Swoosh’s ensemble of love-inspired trainers in 2023, is this pair of Nike Air Trainer 1 Valentine’s Day. As we often find with the footwear community, some sneakerheads have already nicknamed the pair the “Bacons”, due to similarities with the iconic DQM x Air Max 90 “Bacon” from 2004. Showcasing hits of pink and deep red upon a white base layer, be prepared to fall in love with yet another solid release from the Swoosh.

Crafted from what looks to be hairy suede and leather, the kicks are adorned with a pale pink Swoosh logo on both sides, giving the branding a certified pop. Pink detailing has also been applied to both the tongue and heel, only feeding into the Air Max 90 comparison further. Other features include a perforated toe box, flat laces and an accompanying forefoot strap to ensure that these stay firmly on feet. A chunky midsole unit encases a visible Nike Air unit under the heel, assuring you that these offer unrivaled comfort.
