Introducing the NikeLAB Air Zoom Spiridon Olympic. This exclusive release is set to make waves when it arrives in late summer. Celebrating the upcoming Rio Games, it’s one of many iconic sneaks to receive the star spangled treatment.
The Air Zoom Spiridon has been a major success for 2016. After being re-released in a trio of colourways, the shoe quickly gained a reputation for its iconic design and impressive performance. Archived for over a decade, many sneakerheads were eagerly anticipating this relaunch.
Following those three eye-catching colourways, Nike have now unveiled official images of this Olympic design. As with others, it showcases a full white upper complimented by blue and red detailing. These colourful details feature on the lower section of the shoe and mini Swooshes which are stamped throughout.
Soft suede hits the lower half and is complimented by breathable mesh. This gives lightweight durability that’s guaranteed to keep you cool this summer. To complete the look, a metallic gold coloured Swoosh pays homage to the winning medal. A white midsole underfoot balances the look, and is complimented by a set of white laces.
