Olajuwon Ajanaku and Earl Cooper’s Eastside Golf takes flight in its latest collaboration with Nike as the sport continues to evolve. If you’ve watched the ‘Grails: When Sneakers Change the Game' docuseries, it’s clear that the two founders have always gone the extra mile in developing footwear and apparel that allows players to express themselves freely on the tee box and the fairway. Part of the lifestyle brand’s exclusive “Take Flight” collection, this all-new Eastside Golf x Nike TN Air Max Plus “Aluminum” reimagines Sean McDowell’s late ‘90s masterpiece with an incredible design that you can rock outside the course.

This Tuned 1 features an aluminium white mesh underlay with a sky blue TPU cage that spells “Eastside Golf” on the lateral and medial quarter. This unique detail embraces the TN’s transition from running to golf. The trademark Swoosh appears on the sidewalls, complementing the Swingman logo on the tongue and sockliner. Meanwhile, the yellow TN badge on the rear matches the metallic gold lace tips. The synthetic mudguard and glossy toe remain true to form, offering additional protection from dust and debris. Exposed Tuned Air bubbles in the forefoot and heel deliver responsive cushioning at every swing, reinforced by an anodised blue whale’s tail shank plate and a modified semi-translucent outsole. This pair arrives in a special-edition package with extra white laces for customisation options.
