JJJJound x PUMA Suede Green

Returning with its second PUMA release is Montreal-based design Studio JJJJound, flexing its’ fingers as it takes on the Suede once more. Arriving as a set of two including a “Maroon” colourway, this “Green” pair is a solid addition to an already tasteful pack. Don’t get your hopes up though as these are supposed to be a China exclusive and will most likely remain elusive to us sneakerheads who reside in the Western part of the World.

JJJJound arrives with a timeless colour palette, mixing dark green suede, a cream formstrip and thick navy laces to construct this future classic. Gone is the PUMA label on the tongue, allowing the suede to stretch its legs and drawing more attention to the gold lettering on the sidewall. Similar to the Studio’s previous collaborative efforts on the Suede, foil lettering on the heel announces the JJJJound logo against a white background. Inside the co-branding continues with a more maximalist repeat spell-out pattern in blue. All this is rounded off with a white textured EVA midsole that feels right at home on this pair of Suedes.
