Every April, brands head to Milan to show off their new designs to the world. The city transforms into a hub for innovation with showrooms and exhibitions about anything and everything that involves design.
First established in 1961, Salone del Mobile started out as a furniture fair that promoted Italian manufacturers. But, a lot of things have changed since – Milan Design Week has ventured out to combine interior design with fashion, art and sport installations, bringing different brands together from around the world.
