If a SNKRS Pass is offered (you’ll see it on your SNKRS App feed on drop day) you’ll have a short time to secure a reservation for your size. If you’re lucky, you’ll then see a “reserved for pick-up” screen, which will confirm your size, as well as the date, time and location for pick-up.
If you’re lucky enough to reserve a pair, then you’ll have to head to the relevant Nike store in time for your confirmed pick-up window to get your order. Make sure to bring a form of photo ID and don’t be late, as your SNKRS Pass will expire, and bear in mind that you can’t change any of the details relating to your reservation. On the day of your pick-up, your reservation will have changed to a QR code - you’ll need to have this scanned to get your pair. Your payment will be taken on collection.
If you don’t get offered a pass, or you can’t see any retail locations listed, then chances are you are too far from any participating Nike stores. Of course, for those who don’t live close to a Nike store (particularly the Swoosh’s London locations) this can be a very frustrating way to miss out on the drop, but if you happen to be in the capital and still aren’t seeing anything, then be sure to make sure your GPS services and push notifications are turned on. If this is all in order but it’s still not showing, then make sure you have the latest version of the SNKRS App installed, as older versions won’t show it.
