New Balance is growing its collaborative output with the Charaf Tajer-led label Casablanca with another fresh makeover of the XC-72 silhouette. Designer Charlotte Lee (who also brought life to the famous New Balance 327) only introduced the retro-futuristic XC-72 silhouette this year but have already climbed the ranks as one of the best lifestyle options.
The Casablanca x New Balance XC-72 "Cream" comes built with premium materials, very much like the recent offerings we've seen from the heritage label, predominantly anything from the 990 series, as well as the fan-favourite 550s.
This co-branded XC-72 sees a luscious cream hue embracing the mixed suede and leather toolings across the upper. The perforated underlays opt for a clean white tone to give a subtle contrast to the overlaying panels. However, this is interrupted by Casablanca-synonymous green and yellow accents marking the branding on the tongue and heel segments. Completing this model's setup is the iconic treaded outsole underfoot.
We have no doubts that die-hard New Balance fans have their eyes dead set on copping the Casablanca x New Balance XC-72 "Cream", so be sure to keep it locked in right here if you don't want to miss out on the latest New Balance drops. In similar news, the Margielyn Didal x New Balance Numeric 272 "Puso" pays homage to a Filipino snack.
