Remember the Total 90? That chunky, aggressive circle on the instep defined an entire generation of Sunday league legends. Now, Los Angeles based label Kids Of Immigrants (KOI) is reimagining that DNA for the pavement. Cofounder Daniel Buezo recently teased the Nike T90 Mule, and it is a far cry from the sparse, plastic versions of the early 2000s.
Nike is leaning into the "Together 90" concept, swapping performance studs for cork insoles and "Light Mulberry" mesh. According to reliable sources, we should be expecting the T90 Mule SP to be dropping in Khaki and Velvet Brown pairs.

We’ve seen this play before, but never with this much momentum. Patta recently took the Air Max Plus and gave it a football makeover, proving that "terrace culture" now speaks a global language. With the biggest football tournament approaching, US collaborators are ramping up football inspired editions at a frantic pace.
The Total 90 Laser Air Max 90 is already generating heat, but the strategy is shifting. Nike isn't just making "football inspired" sneakers anymore; Nike is making high fashion performance equipment.
For years, we’ve been content with athlete cosigned boots. You buy the Mercurial because Mbappé wears it. Simple. But the resell market for traditional boots has dipped lately, and the industry needs a revival. Triple collaborations can definitely help save the hype.
Imagine the scene: A Travis Scott x Fragment x Nike Mercurial. We’ve seen it on the Jordan 1, so why not the pitch? If Nike wants to inject serious energy back into the sector, Nike needs to stop treating boots as sports equipment and start treating them as grails.
Look at the sidelines. Lamine Yamal and Vinicius Junior are regularly photographed draped in Corteiz. Clint (the mastermind behind CRTZ) has already mastered the Nike collaboration with the Air Max 95.
Dropping a limited edition Corteiz x Mbappé Nike Air Zoom Mercurial would cause quite some chaos on the SNKRS app.
The 2026 World Cup in Los Angeles will be a circus of fashion and sport. By tapping into labels like Kids Of Immigrants, Nike ensures the "World’s Game" actually looks like the world we live in.
While we don’t have a confirmed release date for the T90 Mules, you best bet at snagging these for retail is by hitting the ‘Notify me’ button.
