Whether you're into Korean streetwear or not, we have no doubts you're familiar with the PEACEMINUSONE x Nike Air Force "Paranoise 2.0" that featured a tear-away upper revealing artwork from G-Dragon's Seoul-based fashion imprint PEACEMINUSONE. Following that much-coveted Nike trainers, the legendary K-pop artist has taken it to Instagram to give a glimpse of a brand-new collaboration with the Swoosh house. Read on to find out more about the PEACEMINUS x Nike Kwondo 1!
The Kwondo 1 is a new silhouette carrying a construction that somewhat resembles wingtip golf shoes, so whether these will be a cop or drop for die-hard sneaker collectors is too soon to say. But what we are sure of is that these are a no-brainer to loyal stans of GD and his K-pop group Big Bang.
A closer look at the Kwondo 1's setup shows a low-cut leather base in white with perforated overlays and flipped tongues that flaunt PEACEMINUSONE's peace-inspired symbol. Other branding details also appear elsewhere, notably the familiar embroidered daisy motifs on the heel. Rounding off the design is a thick sole unit and additional PEACEMINUSONE spell outs debossed underfoot.
