For the first time ever, adidas adds Gore-Tex to the hugely popular EQT 93/17. It follows on from several other contemporary silhouettes to get upgraded with this innovative lining. It’s totally invisible and doesn’t take away from the comfort of that soft neoprene and mesh upper. That said, it acts as a barrier from water and dirt. Any liquid that comes into contact with the upper is simply repelled off.
Apart from this ground-breaking upgrade, this EQT 93/17 Gore-Tex stays true to the original. A winter white colourway extends across the entire upper whilst a set of chunky rope laces keeps the foot locked in place. Across the heel sits a synthetic overlay for added support and Boost cushioning promises that re-energising comfort underfoot.
