Pharrell x adidas Samba Humanrace Terracotta

After religiously dedicating his Humanrace brand imprint to a multitude of adidas NMD iterations in the past, Pharrell Williams introduces a triad of monochrome adidas Samba colourways as part of the latest “Humanrace Samba Tones” collection. This trio is a follow-up to the vibrant six-piece “Colours by Pharrell” pack dropped a few months earlier. The Pharrell x adidas Samba Humanrace “Terracotta” colourway lands in rich earthy tones of brown, engulfed in a single hue from top to bottom.

The newly-appointed creative director of Louis Vuitton menswear continues to keep himself active as his Humanrace product company reunites with the 3-Stripes for a second adidas Samba collection. This “Terracotta” rendition emulates the rich brown texture of clay-based ceramics. The shoe has a premium ECCO leather upper encompassing the interior lining, even the laces. Stitched 3-Stripes decorate the sides with a colour-coordinated Humanrace label on the lateral quarter panel. A large adidas Trefoil logo stands out on the elongated tongue that stays true to the traditional Samba design. The brown low-profile rubber sole rounds out this premium update to the classic terrace kicks.
