The adidas Handball Spezial "Cream Off-White" keeps its palette tight, with the neutral suede forming the base and contrasting serrated 3-Stripes sitting close to it across the lateral and medial sides. Textile detailing breaks up the suede, while a Trefoil badge on the tongue and OG SPEZIAL branding on the quarter mark out its Originals lineage.

T toe construction gives the model its court profile, holding the shape low through the forefoot. Underneath, gum rubber carries a moulded Trefoil tread pattern, and the laces allow an adjustable fit across the instep. A synthetic lining smooths the interior.
