The ASICS Gel-NYC arrives in "Ivory Forest Night", an ivory base running across the mesh underlays and synthetic panels of the upper. Forest green picks out the suede overlays and branding for contrast, while leather adds structure through the midfoot.

Underfoot, GEL-CUMULUS 16 tooling combines lightweight foam with rearfoot and forefoot GEL technology, and rubber on the outsole keeps its grip on damp pavements. The upper blueprint comes from the GEL-NIMBUS 3, with embellishments borrowed from the GEL-MC PLUS V, so the early 2000s running lineage stays visible even though the low cut design belongs to everyday street wear.
