Japanese multinational automotive parts manufacturer Toyoda Gosei, has teamed up with ASICS to produce a one-of-a-kind GEL-SONOMA 15-50. Get ready for the Toyoda Gosei x ASICS GEL-SONOMA 15-50 Airbag “White Cayenne”.

This GEL-SONOMA 15-50 sneaker is constructed from recycled airbag materials. With the growing amount of waste created by prototype airbags that don't pass safety tests, ASICS and Toyoda Gosei found an innovative way to reduce their environmental impact. The collaboration’s design team used the durable airbags’ material for the shoe's white underlays. The shoe is highlighted by cayenne red exposed stitching and retains the airbag codes in the same red hue. The icy white TPU Tiger stripes on both sides of the shoe also show off cayenne red accents. A white midsole with FF BLAST PLUS cushioning and a black trampoline-inspired rubber outsole round out the design of this sneaker.
