Instagram mood board and now clothing label HIDDEN.NY heads outdoors for its latest collaboration with Japanese sportswear giant ASICS. Inspired by “Prehistoric Technologies”, the footwear and apparel collection pays homage to gemstone laboratories and archaeological studies in the Southwestern region of the United States. Following a highly anticipated launch during ComplexCon Las Vegas, this HIDDEN.NY x ASICS GEL-Venture 6 Shield “White Wasabi” gears up for the toughest terrains, ready to embrace the journey, not the destination.

This trail runner features a white ripstop mesh construction with a grey synthetic mudguard wrapping the lower portions from front to back. Metallic textures add shine to the shoe, whilst glossy turquoise accents highlight the trademark Tiger Stripes on the lateral and medial quarter. Verdant green hues animate the co-branding on the tongue and rear, replicating the colour schemes of the GT-2160 and GEL-NYC collabs. A map of New York City with accompanying coordinates decorates the turquoise sockliners, embellished with several brand logos as a nod to the two collaborative partners’ headquarters. GEL technology on the sculpted foam midsole delivers enhanced comfort underfoot, propped up by a trail-ready outsole. The pair arrives in a special-edition box with a New York City map outline inside the lid.
