Dr. Samuel Ross and his A-COLD-WALL* fashion label stay true to utilitarian components to redefine the classic Converse Chuck 70 Low. This new collaboration resumes the long-standing partnership between the two brands, which resulted in several high-heat sneakers over the past few years. This A-COLD-WALL* x Converse Chuck 70 Low “Green” flaunts a monochromatic approach inspired by workwear and service garments highlighted by minimalist ACW branding.
Part of the brand’s Spring/Summer 2023 collection, this two-pack collaboration flaunts two Chuck 70 Low colourways in monochromatic tones inspired by utilitarian aesthetics. Bespoke finishes, custom colourways, and mixed materials headline the design. This “Green” rendition features a canvas base with a nubuck leather heel panel flaunting a debossed A-COLD-WALL* label. Multiple ACW logos adorn the stitched canvas tag on the lateral collar, sockliner, and co-branded hexagonal tongue. Green matte powder coating covers the top two eyelets blending with the smooth waxed laces for a consistent approach. Wrapping up the design is the white semi-translucent rubber outsole that deviates from the all-green makeover.
