The shoe has been kitted out with vibrant branding thanks to long-time converse collaborator Comme des Garcons Play, headed up by none other than Rei Kawakubo.

The duo have been working together for several years now, creating high-profile collaborative releases that sell out instantly. This new version showcases the instantly recognisable heart-eyes motif in red, and then replicates the same logo in a beige outlined form for a no-nonsense take on branding. The uppers are crafted from durable canvas for a structured feel, while the classic Converse logo is present on the medial side.

Underfoot, a firm white rubber sole houses the rest of the shoe and then stretches around to form the vintage-style toe box. Although it may look dated, state of the art cushioning is present within to ensure these provide optimal comfort.
