Aime Leon Dore x New Balance 550 Olive

New Balance goes back to its OG collab partner from 2020, the New York City-based Aimé Leon Dore (ALD), to come up with a new NB 550 collection. Check out one of the new releases from their partnership, the Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 550 Olive.

Unlike earlier drops that went for double-colour combos, this sneaker uses a more streamlined palette, combining plain white and dark olive. The shoe sports a familiar aged look throughout, with a mesh-leather upper complementing the co-branded tongue. The plump logo on the lateral quarter has a cracked leather finish in the titular olive hue. The 550 text near the forefoot is also in olive. A yellowed-out midsole and a dark olive rubber outsole complete the look of the shoe.
