New Balance 550 Mushroom

New Balance’s retro-chic lifestyle shoe that was famously designed by Teddy Santis, then with Aimé Leon Dore and now a creative director of the brand, the 327, surfaces in wearable earth tones. First introduced in 2020, this shoe has become popular with celebrities. Bella Hadid has been spotted wearing a white bikini and a pair of New Balance X Aimé Leon Dore 550s. This NB 550 has a breathable brown mesh base showing on the toe box and collar. The hairy suede overlays that wrap around the rest of the shoe are also in matching brown. The laces, mesh tongues and sock liners are no exception. The convex “N” logos on both the medial and lateral mid-panels are a light mocha brown with white outlines. NB branding in brown stands out on the white tongue tags. A pristine white midsole and a cream-coloured rubber outsole cap off this release.
