The New Balance 550 re-emerged in 2020 thanks to Aimé Leon Dore’s Teddy Santis finding a picture of them in an old Japanese NB catalogue. Having retroed the silhouette in partnership with ALD, New Balance has grabbed the bull by the horns and is now releasing plenty of cute and sought-after colourways. Say hello to the latest one to be revealed, the New Balance 550 Sea Salt White.

Coming in a crisp-white and “Sea Salt” colourway, this New Balance 550 looks impeccably clean. On the rubber outsole, a yellowed hue -similar to ”Coconut Milk” - pops off against the white, with a vintage-tinge appearing across the upper following suit. The large marshmallow-ed ‘N’ logo on the sidewalls comes in clean white, matching the laces.
