Zellerfeld prints the trainer as a single piece, with an open ZellerMESH upper flowing into the midsole. A tonal platinum finish covers the design from toe to heel, while a "Burgundy Crush" Air unit supplies the contrasting colour. This third iteration of the Nike x Zellerfeld platform reworks the original Air Max 1, keeping the visible heel Air unit as its clearest link. The .3 revision adds softer ZellerMESH fabrication and a midsole that lets the Air unit compress and rebound more fully. A wide opening and raised heel make the laceless build straightforward to put on. "AIRMAX 1000" text runs across the Air window.
