Nike Air Max 97 Georgetown

Nike’s first ever running shoe that featured a full-length exposed Air Max unit, the Air Max 97, has a new colourway that pays homage to one of the brand’s longest running university partners, Georgetown. Take a closer look at the Nike Air Max 97 Georgetown.

This AM 97 is dressed in the Georgetown Hoyas’ team colours of blue and grey. A slate Grey wraparound tumbled leather mudguard is complemented by a powder blue mesh base with reflective Navy overlays. A light Grey panel is exposed beneath the mudguard with a white embroidered Swoosh outlined in black. The light Grey on the mid-panel cut-out windows appears again on the laces. Air Max branding in white embellishes the black heel pull tabs. A white midsole with a full-length exposed Air Max unit and a black and Grey rubber outsole round out the design of these kicks.
