Nike Air Max Pulse Sail Phantom

What is brutalist architecture? It’s a type of design that’s utilitarian, monolithic and massive in appearance with a geometric style and large-scale use of raw concrete. This function-driven design can be found in the urban landscape of London. The Nike Air Max Pulse is inspired by this type of design as well as the vibrant music of the city. Take a closer look at the latest drop of the silhouette, the Nike Air Max Pulse “Sail Phantom”.

This AM Pulse has a sail-coloured mesh base from heel to toe. The leather mudguard that wraps around the bottom section of the shoe is also in the same tonal hue. A white 3D signature profile Swoosh can be found on the lateral side of the shoe slightly tucked beneath the mudguard. A second white 3D mini Swoosh sits below the larger Swoosh. On the medial side, a white Swoosh is embroidered in white. An all-white sole unit with an exposed Air Max unit wrapped in semi-translucent light grey TPU caps off this release.
