Bodega x Vans OG Chukka LX Red Black

Boston-based streetwear boutique, Bodega, has just partnered with Vans to come up with a collection for the latter’s Chukka silhouette. Presenting one of the variants in the collection, the Bodega x Vans OG Chukka LX “Red Black”.

This mid-top OG Chukka LX has an all-suede upper in a muted red colour. The unbranded tongues show off cane detailing made from the bark of rattan popular in furniture during the postwar period. The trim on the collars and eye stay panel are in tan brown whilst the sock liner and insole are a royal blue. Gold foil co-branding stands out on the insoles. Other details include metal and tortoise shell eyelets and metal aglets. Black laces and a black sole unit round out the look of these kicks.
