Sneakers Writer

Raph joined The Sole Supplier as a content writer in 2020 and his passion for writing is truly unrivalled. He says that, to him, joining The Sole team feels like finally adding a sneaker grail to your collection. Raph's writing career all started when he fell in love with Korean brands back in early 2018. He started a project called KOBOO and showed thousands of members in a dedicated Facebook group how to access brands from Seoul. Fast forward to the present day, the platform he launched is now an online news magazine recognised by Korean fashion designers and streetwear fanatics across Europe. Before Raph joined The Sole Supplier family, he worked for a Seoul-based brand that made custom accessories for renowned Korean pop groups such as Blackpink, Itzy, BTS, Seventeen and many more! Not to forget, he was also travelling the world on a cruise ship back in 2019 as a guest service agent and translator. When it comes to anything K-pop related, Raph is your go-to guy and is also the biggest stan of K-pop girl group Twice, who he states as his biggest inspiration to this day. During his free time, Raph loves to hang out at bubble tea cafés, watch anime or Asian dramas and read sneaker or fashion news. His favourite sneakers are the Nike Air Jordan 1, Jordan 4, New Balance 992, 2002R, 550 and any retro-inspired running silhouettes.
