Earlier this month we shared news of Nike doing a retro of one of its most elusive Dunks. While sneakerheads have been concerned about how these cult classic retros will water-down their long-time 'grails', it seems Nike has come up with a solution to satisfy the real OGs. We have now got the scoop on this super limited edition of the Wu-Tang x Nike Dunk High, pays homage to rap collective's iconic aesthetic.

Arriving in a hexagonal-shaped box that sports the Wu's signature black and yellow theme, the shape is also an obvious nod to a honeycomb hive, a narrative that the group has continually referenced (just look up "RZA presents Wu-Tang Killa Bees: The Swarm, Volume 1" to get a taste of what we're on about).

A look inside reveals that you'll be getting a lot more than just sneakers, that's right! You'll get a pair of the illustrious Wu-Tang x Nike Dunk High, a branded tshirt with a subtle mini-Swoosh instead of the usual hyphen and a scented “Staten Island Honey" candle that celebrates the borough of New York from which the members originate from.

Now here's the "more significant" bit. RZA, the leader of the hip hop group, has been spotted signing some of these collectible boxes, hinting at a possible giveaway or exclusive drop. Since the signed wooden boxes will be super exclusive, we feel they will probably end up with friends and family. But hey, it doesn't hurt to dream!

Sneakerheads, casual collectors and Wu-Tang fans are looking forward to get their hands on the Wu-Tang x Nike Dunk Highs dropping on the of 9th November, so expect demand on the drop to be sky high.
