The time has finally come for the Virgil Abloh Archives Jordan 1 “Alaska” drop. Some lucky people had the chance to win a pair via the VAA website last week, and to those people we give a wry smile. If like the rest of us, you’re still hoping on getting a pair, then there are still loads of raffles open at the time of this writing. So be quick and check out our list of raffles for a chance to win the VAA x AJ1 High “Alaska”.

Before you ask, yes this is a real collection. Cashing in on that doodle bob meme that went mega viral a few years back, Travis Scott is proving once again that everything happens for a reason. Although SpongeBob has always had a space in pop culture, no one would have expected this Cactus Jack collaboration. Do the airbrushed graphics do enough to make this collection cool? It depends who you ask. All I’m saying is, if you catch me wearing that Krabby Patty Tee on the Underground, mind your business.

This is the first collaboration for Nike’s new Air Liquid Max silhouette. Giving Hiroshi Fujiwara of fragment the reins, this isn’t the first time he has been included on the initial launch of a new Air Max. While the triple black colourway is definitely a cold touch, the jury is still out on the new Liquid Max. We’re yet to be convinced, but with this and last week’s cool London activation, it’s heading in the right direction.

Puma continues to champion the Wedge trend with this Speedcat edition. Having previously sold out, this “Black” colourway is making a return to shelves, leaving the cool girls with no option but to spend their hard earned cash. Plus, if your saving pot is still miles off from affording Isabel Marant’s Bekett Sneaker, then this really is a solid alternative.

Fancy a new Porsche? Corteiz owner Clint is back at it again with another Lotto drop. Not only is it a genius way to sell through previous seasons stock, but it also gives people a chance of copping grail-level items for bargain prices – so it truly is a win-win all around. Oh, and did we mention if you’re UK-based, you have a chance of winning a Porsche via one of the scratch cards included in your parcel. Could always do with a new whip.

Nike is restocking its Mind 001 silhouette this week. The new recovery Slider has really taken off (pardon the pun), with most of its colourways selling out within hours. Maybe there are more elite athletes out there than we suspected, or perhaps people are just recovering from a hard day's work. Between these and popping your weekly meal prep service, you might finally get a chance to chill out, right?

You can tell spirits are high for this year’s World Cup after these sold out on launch day. Either people are manifesting a second gold star early on, or they’re keen on something coming home with them, even if that only is a pair of spanking new Air Max 95s. We got these in hand the other day and can confirm that the 110 England looks even better up-close.

Things are looking positive for the Moon Shoe retro after the Jacquemus drop came and went. Whether it was the great shoedog story behind the shoe, the Solange campaign shoot or just because they’re a beautiful low profile number, there is clearly love for Nike’s Moon Shoe. A long Swoosh across the sidewall and a tasty waffle outsole - yeah, these are about as vintage as it gets without that musty shed smell, if you’ve ever bought second hand pairs like me, then you’ll know what I’m on about.
