After making a huge comeback this year, it seems that the Air Jordan 4 is here to stay, as we’ve now got an on-foot look at the epic AJ4 “Thunder”. From a colour perspective the model is very visually similar to the legendary “Bred” colourway, although it’s got an altogether different vibe that fans are already looking forward to! If you’re a Chicago Bulls fan these are surely a must-cop, and even if not you’ve got to add these to the collection.
Courtesy of reputable sneaker source repgod888, these are the first-ever on-foot shots of this release and it’s safe to say that they’ve got us even more excited for launch. If you’re yet to delve into the Air Jordan 4 (first released in 1989 and designed by Tinker Hatfield) then hold on tight, as it’s about to become your new favourite silhouette!
The pair are crafted from a variation of fabrics across the uppers including suede, leather, and mesh for a textured appearance. Branding is kept to a minimum, with Jumpman logos present only at the tongue and on the heel tab, while tonal stitching and vibrant red details stay true to the colourway. Plenty of padding is present around the ankles meaning that these are more than comfortable, while a full-length Nike Air cushioning unit is located under the midsole.
If the Air Jordan 4 “Red Thunder” is on your hit list then you’ll have to sit tight for a little longer, as the pair are rumoured to release later on this year but as of yet we’ve got no official date. Make sure to keep it locked in right here at The Sole Supplier for all the latest news and updates in the sneaker world and while you’re here, check out official images of the Jean Paul Gaultier x sacai x Nike Vaporwaffles!
