This isn't the first time that Japanese retailer Neighborhood have joined adidas for a special-edition collection. This time around, they turn their attention to an all new silhouette for 2018. The Kamanda is a playful homage to 70s era footwear but features contemporary detailing which sets it apart from the rest.

Ultra premium suede covers the upper with an elasticated inner sock that contours to the foot. A premium leather overlay adds refinement to the heel but it's that sticky gum outsole underfoot that really steals the show.

This features an embossed texture that not only looks unique but keeps you glued to all surfaces. The Neighborhood x adidas Kamanda is especially striking thanks to the branding along the heel and oversized logo which stretches across the forefoot.
